4. Deposit & Minimum Spend

Up to 30 guests: 1 server · $300 deposit · $1,300 minimum spend (Before tax and gratuity)

31–45 guests: 2 servers · $500 deposit · $1,700 minimum spend (Before tax and gratuity)

Minimum spend applies regardless of attendance. Deposit is non-refundable if minimum spend isn't met or policies aren't followed.

5. Food & Cake

No outside food or drinks — no exceptions.

6. Equipment (optional)

7. Cancellation

24 hours notice required. Deposit is non-refundable after that. The Coordinator is financially responsible for the reservation.
